5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings from a bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. Based on the example above, a ৳1,500 bonus requires a wager of ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 to be fulfilled.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus is not equivalent to cash; it is granted for betting purposes.

yooda 35bd VIP members enjoy weekly cashback benefits. Bronze members receive up to 0.5%, Silver members up to 1.0%, and Gold members up to 1.5% weekly cashback. Cashback is calculated based on the net loss for the week.

6.1 Betting Rules

Any decision to place a bet or play a game is entirely your own. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the bet was affected by a technical error on the platform.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game or bet is affected by a server outage, network problem, or software error, yooda 35bd reserves the right to void that round and refund the bet amount. In such cases, winnings or losses will not be counted.

12.3 Language Priority

These terms and conditions have been prepared in Bengali and that is the authoritative version. Even if a translation exists in another language, the Bengali version will take precedence in the event of a dispute.

12.4 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between yooda 35bd and the member and supersede all previous oral or written understandings. If any clause is deemed legally invalid, the remaining clauses will remain in effect.
